Practice With Aza

Yoga has been orbiting me for as long as I can remember—coming in and out of my life, waiting until I was ready to fully embrace it. My first experience was as a child, following along with yoga tapes in my mother’s living room after my parents separated. It returned during my time as an aerialist in Flagstaff, again while working in Aveda salons, and finally settled into my life when I found a teacher who connected the physical practice of asana with the spiritual depth of yoga philosophy. This was the moment everything clicked—I realized that the work I had been doing through hypnotic meditation had always been yoga.

As a certified Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin practitioner, I embrace the unique gifts each style offers. Vinyasa fuels me with rhythm and heat, Hatha strengthens my connection to inner power, and Yin provides the balance and stillness to reach deeper layers of self-awareness. My work—whether through yoga, hypnosis, or advocacy—is about unlocking the magic and light within, helping others remember their own power in a world that often tries to dim it.

For me, yoga is not just movement; it is a path to profound self-discovery. It is a bridge between body, mind, and soul—just as hypnosis is a bridge between the conscious and the subconscious. My journey has shown me that these practices are not separate but intertwined, each enhancing the other in a beautiful cycle of transformation.

I invite you to join me on the mat, where movement becomes meditation, breath becomes liberation, and you become the fullest version of yourself.

My Approach

Yoga as Self-Discovery

Yoga is more than just movement—it’s a journey inward. My teaching blends the strength of Hatha, the fluidity of Vinyasa, and the deep release of Yin, creating a practice that meets you exactly where you are.

Move with Intention

I believe yoga isn’t about perfect poses—it’s about connecting with your body, breath, and inner wisdom. Whether we’re flowing dynamically, building strength, or finding stillness, every movement is an opportunity for transformation.

Yoga, for me, is more than just movement—it's a practice of self-discovery, empowerment, and connection. My teaching blends the strength of Hatha, the fluidity of Vinyasa, and the deep release of Yin to create a balanced and intuitive experience. I believe yoga is not about achieving a perfect pose but about listening to your body, moving with intention, and unlocking the magic within. My classes are designed to be inclusive, accessible, and deeply personal—meeting you exactly where you are on your journey.

Inclusive & Intuitive

Every body is different, and every practice should reflect that. My classes are designed to be accessible and empowering, allowing you to explore what feels right for you—on and off the mat.

A Return to Yourself

Yoga is a bridge between the physical and the spiritual, the mind and the body. My goal is to help you unlock the magic within and step into your full power.
